Brownstone Primary

For this East Amherst primary suite refresh, we worked with the couple’s existing layout and favorite pieces—the bed, dressers, and a well-loved area rug. To bring new life to the space, we added a moody textured wallcovering, oversized mirrors, and a larger sisal rug layered underneath the original one, creating a focal point that suits the room’s generous proportions. A cozy round accent chair fit perfectly into the room’s angles, offering a welcoming spot for their young daughter to curl up with mom.

This project is a great reminder that with just a few thoughtful updates—and a professional eye for scale and proportion—a space can feel completely transformed into the cozy retreat you’ve always wanted.
